Rhum Barbancourt

If you were to find yourself in Oregon, you would discover, through the Sunday Oregonian, that they enjoy drinking Rhum Barbancourt in this worthy cocktail:

Chill a cocktail glass.
Fill a cocktail shaker with 1-1/2 cups of cracked ice.
    Add:
2 oz. Rhum Barbancourt
1-1/2 oz. Lillet
1/2 oz. Lemoncello Liqueur

Shake vigorously to blend and chill.
Pour mixture into the chilled glass.
Twist the lemon peel over the top of the drink and drop it in as a garnish.

Ron-n-Rhum

Fill an 8-oz glass with crushed ice.

Add 1-1/2 oz of Rhum Barbancourt Dark.
Fill glass with Ginger Beer or strong Ginger Ale.

Squeeze in fresh lime juice to finish.
Garnish with lime wedges.

 

 

Sparkling Rhum Punch

Fill an 8 oz. glass with crush ice.
In a shaker, add:
1-1/2 oz. Rhum Barbancourt White
1/2 oz. of Triple Sec
Dash of Rose's lime juice
3 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Mango or Pineapple Juice (or both!)
1 oz. Cranberry Juice

Shake and pour over crushed ice.
Add a splash of Seltzer before serving.
Garnish with starfish, pineapple, or orange wedges.
