The following policy terms apply to users, viewers and all people who have access to this site.

         1.  GENERAL

          In general, Crillon Importers Ltd. respects all internet viewers' right to privacy.  We try to exercise all necessary precautions to maintain  confidentiality of all information provided in connection with the use of our web site.
         However we must warn that there is no 100% assurance that can be given with any internet site and your internet use can be accessed through many disreputable sources not connected with Crillon Importers Ltd.

          2.  COOKIES

          Crillon Importers Ltd. does not use cookies.  We do not assign a tracking number to a viewer's browser address.  We do not use identifiable information such as your internet screen name or e-mail address, and only the browser type or similar information may be recorded for traffic patterns for statistical purposes on the pages used by our viewers.

         3. VIEWER INFORMATION REQUEST

          We may request a viewer's name, address, occupation, age and other details as seen in joining our mailing list.  This information is voluntary.  The information you provide us will help obtain a general percentage to the type of viewers accessing our web site.  We can then apply this information to help us offer products and services that we think the viewer would need in the future.  We can use these demographics for strengthening the areas that are less used.  We appreciate your help in providing a general description of your personal information.   

          4.  ORDER INFORMATION

          We currently request our offers be paid by personal (or business) checks or money orders through our printable order form.  
           For future credit card orders we will use an outside company using a secure sockets layer (SSL) protocol to safeguard your information and storing it securely upon their monitored firewall. 
           We must warn that a credit card number or other sensitive information should never be put in unencrypted e-mail.  
           Please follow all of your credit card provider's rules and procedures relating to fraudulent and authorized use.
           In the unlikely and rare event that we suspect a client's credit card number or private information has been intercepted or tampered with, we will notify the client immediately. 

         5. THIRD PARTIES

          We use all necessary precautions that our viewers' information is not sold or given away to any outside third parties. 
           Our privacy policy is only valid to Crillon Importer Ltd.'s web sites and not to any other company or organization that our viewers may access through a link we provided them to.

         6.  PARENTAL CONTROL

          We do specify nor request a parent's consent before giving out any personal information because we state upon our opening page that the viewer "Must be of legal drinking age to enter" to protect the safety and privacy of young people.  We encourage our viewers to participate in their child's experience in cyberspace and supervise their access to the web.   

         7.  POLICY CHANGES

          We reserve the right to update, correct and change our privacy policy as necessary and will post a notice to all viewers of any changes to the information we gather before we use or disclose that information to anyone.
