Since 1890, the tiger has embodied the

later, Auguste Bonnard remains true to
their mission with Chocoviac, a
smooth, aged Cognac blended with
luscious dark chocolate from
Switzerland and rich vanilla from
Madagascar.

The long, meticulous process begins with hand distilling Cognac from the four best Cognac appellations:
-
Grande-Champagne
-
Petite-Champagne
-
Borderies
-
Fins Bois.
Each Cognac vintage is separately hand distilled in extra small, copper pot stills, where 24 hours will yield only 3 small casks
of Cognac. During this process, the Master Distiller will determine by taste when to capture the "heart" of the cognac, the moment when the taste
and proof are just right. Only the "heart" of each Cognac is then aged separately in French Limousin oak barrels until it reaches V.S. grade specifications.
The Master Distiller then turns to a Master Blender who will create one perfectly balanced Cognac. Each vintage offers something unique to the final Cognac.

Grande-Champagne offers body, length and taste.

Petite-Champagne offers delicacy and a light side for balance.

Borderies offers flowery, violet tones.

Fins Bois offers fruit flavors and zest.
Now, "la pièce de résistance!"
The Master Blender then blends the final Cognac with natural
luscious dark chocolate from Switzerland and rich vanilla from Madagascar to create a Cognac bursting with opulent flavor.
One last painstaking step. Just before bottling, Chocoviac is chilled filtered for maximum purity. The liquid is brought
to -5 degrees Celsius for 36 hours, then filtered while cold through over 40 layers of natural cotton. The result is a
flavored Cognac with unparalleled smoothness and purity.
