Aquavit Martini
3-1/2 oz. O.P. Anderson Aquavit
1/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
Shake with ice and pour into a stemmed glass.
Garnish with a dill sprig and
three star anises.

Aquavit Sour Teaser
1 oz. O.P. Anderson Aquavit
1 oz. Cointreau or Triple Sec
1 oz. Lime Juice
Blend ingredients with crushed ice.
Garnish with a lime-wheel. |

1-1/4 oz. O.P. Anderson Aquavit
10 oz. Beer
Serve Aquavit in a shot glass with a glass of Beer
on the side as a chaser. |
