This rich and assertive beverage is one of Sweden's oldest and most popular aquavits, released at the 1891 Gothenburg Expo and named for the famed aquavit maker Olof Peter Anderson. 

Its slightly amber color is the result of aging in oak casks, and its classic flavor hints anise, coriander, caraway and fennel.

O.P. Anderson Aquavit brings out new dimensions in peking duck, grilled lobster, tandoori chicken, smoked salmon, sweet and sour dishes and grilled shrimp.
